Class Registration & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve your seat. Class space is limited and enrollment is on a first-come basis.

Student Cancellation

Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the class date will receive store credit for the full class fee.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before class, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for refunds or store credit. You are welcome to send another person in your place if you are unable to attend.

Class Cancellation by My Quilting Loft

If a class must be canceled due to low enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances, students will receive a full refund or store credit.

Supplies & Preparation

Supply lists will be provided in advance. Students are responsible for bringing all required materials and a working sewing machine unless otherwise noted.

Arrival & Classroom Courtesy

Classes begin on time. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to allow for setup. Classroom space is reserved for registered students only. Due to space and safety considerations, children and guests may not attend class sessions.

To maintain a positive and supportive learning environment, we ask students to be respectful of the instructor, fellow participants, and our small business. Please refrain from promoting or soliciting other shops, businesses, or online retailers during class time.

To help keep our classroom a relaxed and enjoyable creative space, we also kindly ask that conversations around politics or other sensitive topics be avoided.

All Sales Final

Due to limited seating and the planning involved in scheduling classes, class fees are non-refundable.
