At My Quilting Loft, we’re sew excited to get your happy mail headed your way!

✨ Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, new launches, or subscription weeks, processing may take a little longer. If your order includes a pre-order item, we’ll ship the full order once everything is in stock.

📬 Shipping Rates

We currently ship within the U.S. using USPS or UPS based on size, weight, and destination.

Shipping rates are simple:

• Orders from $0.01 to $149.99 – Flat Rate: $8.00

• Orders $150 and up – FREE SHIPPING

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout.

Live nearby? Choose Free In-Store Pickup during checkout! You’ll get a pickup confirmation when your order is ready. Please plan to pick up within 14 days unless other arrangements are made. If you need extra time to pick up, please email us at Kristi@myquiltingloft.com to let me know when you will be able to pick up your order.

📦 Tracking & Delivery

You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. Once marked “delivered,” we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we’re always happy to help if something goes wrong!

📦 Subscription Boxes

Subscription boxes ship according to their posted schedule. If you're unsure when yours is shipping, check your tracking email or feel free to contact us. Shipping rates for Subscriptions are $6.50. If you have 2 subscriptions, we can ship them together if you combine them in your customer portal.
