At My Quilting Loft, we want you to love everything you order! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to help.

🧵 All Sales Final on the Following Items:

• Cut-to-order fabric (including yardage and custom cuts)

• Patterns and books
  Due to their nature, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

✅ Eligible Returns

If you received a wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to correct the issue or offer store credit if needed.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• You must contact us at Kristi@MyQuiltingLoft.com for return approval before sending anything back.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

Approved returns will be processed as store credit unless otherwise discussed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
